We have chosen an elegant theme inspired by Japan for THE KIMONO COLLECTION. Cherry blossoms grace vintage kimono patterns and are echoed in the form of our new chocolate shapes. Rounding out the artistry of this sophisticated collection is the 19th century woodblock print (ukiyo-e) of two ladies in kimono by the Master Eishi Hosoda ("Chobunsai").

The Kimono Collection has now totally gone geisha! With a growing interest in not too sweet Japanese treats, we have updated the assortment with a seductive array of new flavors all of which are infused with both savory and sweet Japanese ingredients:

Ganaches: Shiso Lime Dark ganache infused with shiso leaf (Japanese mint) and lime
Adzuki Bean White ganache with smooth adzuki bean paste and a hint of raspberry
Green Tea White ganache with macha green tea
Caramels: Soy-Miso Tamari Soy and White Miso Paste
Persimmon-Peach Organic Fuyu Persimmons and White Peaches
Pralines: Sesame-Shichimi Togarashi White sesame paste with black sesame seeds, traditional red chili spice blend, caramelized orange zest and milk chocolate
